A-Spec Ltd is a fully accredited construction and carpentry company in Hampshire with over 20 years of industry experience. We work with a wide range of clients comprising mainly of contractors, house builders, architects, local authorities, businesses and private clients throughout Hampshire.
Our company is split into two specialist divisions; construction and carpentry. Since opening in 2008, we have become an established main contractor in our own right, but can operate as a subcontractor as part of a current project.
We aim to provide an exceptional service, producing the kind of meticulous attention to detail that many other contractors struggle to achieve. By using updated methods of carpentry and construction, we are able to increase productivity both onsite and offsite, to provide an excellent service.

Supervision
Following the initial build phase, carpentry plays a pivotal role in construction. Our extended on-site presence uniquely allows us to offer comprehensive on-site supervision (‘black hats’) across the entire site. This distinguishes us from competitors, as we maintain a well-defined chain of command with dedicated on-site Foremen reporting to a Contracts Manager, who, in turn, reports to the Head of Construction.
