As long as it is built under 2.5m high externally you will not need planning permission. Where there is a flat or listed building there will be no permitted development rights, however, getting the planning for a Garden Building is normally an easy process.

We offer a 10 year structural guarantee
We would initially treat it but I recommend reapplying OSMO UV-Protection-Oil every 3 to 4 years
Using Celotex for insulation along with our double or triple glazed bifold doors you will be comfortable all year round.
We are unable to add a skylight but will be able to add LED lights if needed. The lights look excellent above your home bar!
We certainly can, you can have as many rooms as you like, maybe even a sauna.

There will need to be a 400mm gap to any obstacle surrounding the building

We can certainly offer sound proofing for those late movie nights
This very much depends on what trees you have in your garden, if they are under preservation then we can get the site inspected. This could just mean we use bags or a form lining to prevent any of the routes being damaged.
We would supply a CAD drawing once the confirmation of the order has been received and the deposit paid.
The Garden Building will need to be within 2 metres of the boundary and then less than 2.5 metres in height.
Yes we can run an armoured CAT 6 cable to the Garden Building from the router in your house, perfect for your Garden Office
After our initial inspection, we would recommend the groundworks that are needed
